Getting to Know You

Our goal is to be a key partner in the care of your dog. Getting to know you and your dog is critical to providing your dog with the care that is appropriate for his or her individual needs.

Creating your profile gives you access to fill out your pet's information, upload a profile picture for you and your pet, upload vet records, request and book our services, sign our wavier agreement, view your pet's photos, and more!

We'll discuss your needs, collect your contact information, schedule an initial appointment if necessary, and discuss any necessary forms and requirements.

Obedience Training

Schedule an in-person consultation with one of our professional trainers. Prior to your consultation, we will require you to complete our Obedience Training Registration form. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and develop a training plan for your dog. Adult dog training consultations take 30-60 minutes. Your dog must be over 16 weeks of age.

Puppy Training

Schedule an in-person consultation with one of our professional trainers. Prior to your consultation, we will require you to complete our Puppy Training Registration form. Our puppy consultations are an informative session, during which we will provide you with helpful information, tips, and take-home materials.

Overnight Care or Enrichment Program

Schedule an off-leash play evaluation. Prior to your evaluation, we will require you to complete our Off-Leash Play Application (PDF) and New Client Form (PDF). We also require you to provide a current copy of vaccinations. We require Rabies, Distemper/Parvo vaccine's, and a clear fecal exam. During your appointment, we will evaluate your dog on an individual basis as well as in a small group. This allows us to evaluate your dog's temperament and determine the best placement for them whilst in our care. Your dog must be at least 8 weeks of age for enrichment program or overnight care.
